Revenue Cycle Director

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and maximize cash flow, the full-time salaried Revenue Cycle Director will oversee all financial aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient access, billing, coding, collections, and compliance, while leading a team to optimize financial performance and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee billing and coding operations, ensuring compliance with O&P-specific coding standards and managing claims resolution
• Lead and mentor the revenue cycle team, providing training on coding and documentation procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) is highly desirable
• Relevant certifications in medical billing and coding are beneficial
• Expertise in medical billing software, preferably Nymbl and Waystar
