Job Summary

To enhance the capabilities of revenue cycle teams, the full-time Revenue Cycle Educator will deliver virtual training on billing fundamentals, denial management, and claims workflows while collaborating with management to identify learning needs and improve operational outcomes, with some travel required in Austin.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual classroom training to improve claim accuracy and overall revenue cycle performance
• Facilitate training on billing fundamentals, insurance authorizations, and claims workflows to support compliant operations
• Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and develop targeted training programs

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
• 2+ years of revenue cycle and denial management experience
