Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of new clients to revenue cycle management services, the full-time Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager will manage implementation projects, ensuring timely completion while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation projects to successful completion, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams
• Guide and coordinate offshore agents to align with best practices while addressing the needs of U.S.-based clients
• Ensure uninterrupted billing, operations, and quality patient care throughout transitions by managing critical path elements for scheduled go-lives

Required qualifications

• Experience in DME/HME, Infusion, or Home Health industries
• Knowledge of billing systems such as Brightree, CareTend, Niko, or TIMS
• Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
