Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare clients with revenue cycle solutions, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation process, manage project teams, and ensure compliance and documentation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation strategy, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Own all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness, while developing and maintaining documentation standards
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, providing project updates, and leading stakeholder engagement sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing implementations
• Deep understanding of the full revenue cycle, including registration, charge capture, coding, billing, and denial management
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Visio)
