Revenue Cycle Lead

Job Summary

To support a remote team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Lead will manage employee inquiries related to collections, monitor productivity standards, and assist with training and onboarding new staff while ensuring timely review and validation of financial requests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding collections job functions
• Monitor Activity Reports and collaborate with Supervisors to ensure productivity standards are met
• Assist in training and mentoring specialists while auditing claims and providing feedback on errors

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1 year of healthcare collections or billing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to audit, analyze, and prepare reports
• Solid data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
