Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance various RCM functions related to payment posting and reconciliation, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage accounts, analyze reports, and implement workflows while collaborating with internal departments and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provides direction for payment posting, reconciliation, and billing services through collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports and workflows, identifying trends and recommending optimizations
• Ensures timely and accurate posting and reconciliation of payments, collaborating with finance and client billing teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and effectively across departments to analyze data and build relationships
