Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance various RCM functions related to payment posting and reconciliation, the part-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage accounts, analyze reports, and support business analytics within revenue cycle areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provides direction for payment posting and reconciliation, billing, and credit balance services through collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports, workflows, and processes, making recommendations for optimization
• Monitors daily cash reconciliation reports and ensures timely and accurate posting and balancing of payments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions
• Experience with practice management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
