Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance various revenue cycle functions, the part-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage payment posting, reconciliation, and billing processes while conducting analyses and supporting business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Provides direction for payment posting and reconciliation, billing, and credit balance services through collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports, workflows, and processes to identify trends and recommend optimizations
• Ensures timely and accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation of payments while monitoring daily cash reconciliation reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
