Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance various Revenue Cycle Management functions, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage payment posting, reconciliation, and billing processes while conducting analyses and implementing workflows to support business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Provides direction for payment posting and reconciliation, billing, and credit balance services through collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports, workflows, and processes to identify trends and optimize application systems
• Ensures timely and accurate posting and reconciliation of payments, while monitoring daily cash reconciliation reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes from scheduling through final account disposition
• Strong background in practice management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate effective solutions to stakeholders
