Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will enhance various RCM functions related to payment posting, billing, and reconciliation while managing accounts and supporting business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction for payment posting and reconciliation, billing, and credit balance services through collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analyze Revenue Cycle reports, workflows, and processes to identify trends and recommend optimizations
• Ensure timely and accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation of payments while monitoring daily cash reconciliation reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions while communicating options clearly
