Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance various Revenue Cycle Management functions, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage payment posting and reconciliation, billing, and credit balances while performing analyses and supporting business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Provides direction for payment posting, reconciliation, and billing services through collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports and workflows, recommending optimizations as necessary
• Ensures timely and accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation of payments, while monitoring daily cash reconciliation reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and effectively across departments to analyze reports and build relationships
