Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance various Revenue Cycle Management functions related to payment posting and reconciliation, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage accounts, analyze reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provides direction for payment posting, billing, and credit balance services through collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports and workflows, recommending optimizations and troubleshooting issues
• Ensures timely and accurate posting and reconciliation of payments, while monitoring daily cash reconciliation reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Experience with practice management systems and strong analytical skills
