Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance various Revenue Cycle Management functions, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage payment posting, reconciliation, billing, and credit balances while conducting analyses and implementing workflows to support business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Provides direction for payment posting and reconciliation, billing, and credit balance services through collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports, workflows, and processes, offering recommendations for optimization
• Monitors daily cash reconciliation reports and ensures timely and accurate posting of all payments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals and analyze reports
