Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Cycle Management Analyst, the full-time remote position will focus on supporting financial and operational performance across ambulatory surgery centers by evaluating reimbursement performance, identifying revenue opportunities, and translating complex healthcare data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate reporting on revenue cycle performance, identifying gaps and providing actionable recommendations
• Analyze payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies to evaluate financial performance and support contract negotiations
• Partner with Finance and Corporate Development to support budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives through data analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, managed care, or reimbursement analysis
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including claims, payment posting, and denials
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data reconciliation and analysis of large datasets
• Experience using AI, automation, or business intelligence tools to improve analysis and reporting
