Revenue Cycle Management Director

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiencies in Revenue Cycle Management, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Director will develop and implement strategic projects, focusing on systems, automation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess processes to identify gaps and develop strategic initiatives for operational efficiency
• Design, communicate, and implement Revenue Cycle Management initiatives while establishing Key Performance Indicators to measure success
• Evaluate potential projects for business impact and provide insights to facilitate team discussions and problem resolutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, with medical billing and accounts receivable experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including 3 years of leadership in a home infusion setting
• Project Management Certification
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and healthcare terminology, particularly in billing and collections
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Monday
