Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing multiple office support teams, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor will manage end-to-end RCM activities, including insurance verification, billing, collections, and AR management, in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support office-based revenue cycle teams to ensure performance meets departmental standards
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training for team members on billing and coding procedures
• Audit team performance and develop strategies to improve RCM metrics, including collection rates and days in AR

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions, including insurance verification and AR follow-up
• Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance processes with various payors
• Experience with practice management software and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred
• Previous experience in team management and personnel oversight is preferred
