Job Summary

Supervising a remote team of billing professionals, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor will oversee staff training, monitor productivity, and ensure quality assurance while managing all billing processes to support the company's revenue cycle growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor assigned team(s) while providing technical leadership and conducting performance reviews
• Oversee healthcare billing processes from data entry through payment resolution, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards
• Identify operational improvements and handle escalated client issues to optimize workflow and enhance team success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of direct healthcare financial supervisory experience
• Working experience in a Medical Office Practice setting in billing and collections
• Strong analytical and math/accounting skills, with an understanding of payment application processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
