Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Team Lead will manage client outcomes, drive operational excellence, and enhance revenue cycle performance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of revenue cycle professionals to improve operational performance and accountability
• Own the performance of an assigned portfolio of client accounts, focusing on reimbursement results and client satisfaction
• Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions for improved client outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the HME/DME industry with strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement processes
• Previous leadership or coaching experience with a demonstrated ability to develop employees
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with revenue cycle management systems and Microsoft Office applications
