Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Managing the revenue cycle operations, the full-time hybrid Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee staff training, ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable issues, and lead large payer projects while working in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remotely on other weekdays.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the claims submission and follow-up process to ensure accuracy and timely resolution
• Manage teams responsible for accounts receivable analysis and resolution of aged accounts
• Identify workflow gaps and create training programs to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate with medical office training certificate or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in managing physician revenue cycle
• 2+ years of experience in personnel management
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and complex claims resolution
• Experience with athenaOne, Trizetto, and Salesforce is preferred
