Job Summary

Owning regional revenue performance, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Manager will manage reimbursement optimization, cash acceleration, and lead Claims Leaders to improve denial reduction and revenue governance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvement in first pass resolution, denial reduction, and authorization to payment cycle time
• Lead structured payer escalation processes and coordinate cross-functional resolution strategies to remove barriers to payment
• Develop and manage regional revenue forecasts while establishing standardized revenue governance and reporting practices

Required qualifications

• 7 or more years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
• Demonstrated success improving accounts receivable performance and managing denial reduction strategies
• Experience leading multi-level teams in a complex, multi-state environment
• Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability
