Job Summary

Managing revenue cycle processes for multiple sites, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee compliance with federal and state regulations, coordinate training for staff, and ensure optimal revenue cycle operations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, ensuring charge capture systems are updated
• Provide ongoing revenue cycle process reviews and implement necessary revisions
• Coordinate training for new staff and act as a central resource for revenue cycle processes

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of medical office and health plan experience
• Knowledge of practice management systems and billing processes preferred
