Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to effectively manage billing and collections processes, ensure accurate claim submissions, and oversee accounts receivable in a full-time remote position.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the billing and collections process to achieve a Clean Claim Rate of 95% and ensure timely submissions
• Oversee payment postings and reconcile unapplied payments to maintain accuracy in patient accounts
• Track and analyze payer claim denials, implementing structured workflows to recover lost revenue and improve processes

Required qualifications:

• Deep expertise in multi-state telehealth and in-person claim submission, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage regulations
• Degree, certificate, or diploma in medical billing, health information management, or healthcare administration preferred
• Completion of a medical billing training program preferred; Certified Professional Biller (CPB) is a plus
• Experience managing billing, collections, and coding staff effectively
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and coding practices in healthcare
