Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Managing revenue cycle operations, the full-time Manager, AR Solutions will plan, direct, and coordinate processes from patient account entry to adjudication while ensuring compliance and efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate revenue cycle operations, managing inventory from integration to close
• Develop and implement third-party revenue cycle processes and efficiencies
• Regularly provide upper management with revenue cycle status reports, metrics, and presentations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Strong analytical skills to investigate claims issues and appeal denied claims
• Ability to multitask and meet daily and monthly performance goals
