Job Summary

Managing the revenue cycle for a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Manager, Revenue Cycle will oversee claims submission processes, lead large payer projects, and ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable while working in a hybrid environment with office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the claims submission and follow-up process, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Lead large payer and care center support projects, providing updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Analyze aged accounts receivable and implement training programs to address workflow gaps

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate with medical office training or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in managing physician revenue cycle
• 2+ years of personnel management experience
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and complex claim resolution
• Experience with athenaOne, Trizetto, and Salesforce is preferred
