Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Accounts Receivable Resolution team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will provide strategic oversight of financial performance, drive operational excellence, and implement revenue optimization strategies in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Accounts Receivable operations, focusing on aged AR, denial management, and revenue optimization initiatives
• Manage department operations including workforce planning, budgeting, staff recruitment, and performance management
• Drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to enhance collection outcomes and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of eight years in revenue cycle operations
• At least five years of leadership experience in a large physician practice or revenue cycle department, with direct responsibility for financial performance
• Knowledge of physician reimbursement methodologies, managed care contracts, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding principles, with a preference for Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
