Job Summary
To support a dedicated team in delivering quality healthcare, the full-time Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst will interpret financial data, develop reporting for analysis and forecasting, and collaborate with revenue cycle teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret revenue cycle and financial data, maintaining databases and running routine reports
- Develop financial and statistical reporting to analyze and track revenue cycle operations
- Provide value-added reports and analyses to support business decision-making and improve cost-effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recent work experience in Revenue Cycle Operations with an understanding of healthcare analytics
- Excellent Excel skills for financial modeling and forecasting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with business intelligence visualization tools preferred
