Revenue Cycle Operations Director

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Operations Director will manage billing, coding, claims processing, and collections while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the revenue cycle management team to enhance engagement and productivity
• Develop strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and reduce claim denials
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize workflows and achieve revenue goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and payer regulations
• Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
