Revenue Cycle Performance Associate
Job Summary
To support the Remittance team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Performance Associate will monitor KPI performance, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reimbursement processes and reduce billing discrepancies.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team on automation projects to enhance efficiency
- Analyze data sets to identify opportunities for automation optimization and monitor emerging trends
- Lead continuous improvement projects, presenting insights and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue-cycle operations with proven improvement outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Sigma, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL preferred
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
