Revenue Cycle Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive operational and strategic change, the full-time Revenue Cycle Program Manager will lead the development and execution of program initiatives, engage stakeholders, and manage project timelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provides program leadership for large strategic and cross-functional workflow initiatives by defining project scope and managing deliverables
• Builds positive working relationships across the organization and engages effectively with staff and senior leadership on project work
• Develops executive-level presentations and statuses for senior leadership, delivering updates on Revenue Cycle programs and initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Lean, project management, and/or Six Sigma principles
• Ability to act as a thought leader for performance improvement and revenue cycle methodologies
• Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
