Revenue Cycle QA Auditor

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring quality audit services to enhance Revenue Cycle performance, the full-time Revenue Cycle QA Auditor will work remotely, completing audits accurately and timely while generating performance reports and collaborating with management on training and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality audit services to evaluate and improve Revenue Cycle performance
• Complete necessary documentation and generate performance reports for staff and leadership
• Identify quality trends and collaborate with management to develop training and action plans

Required qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in hospital business office billing and collections
• Expertise in billing and collections for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Proficiency in medical billing software such as Meditech, EPIC, and Athena
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or additional certification preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and critical thinking skills
