Revenue Cycle Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle processes, the full-time Revenue Cycle Quality Specialist will conduct monthly audits, prepare performance reports, and provide feedback to department managers while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine monthly audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
• Prepare and present reports on audit performance to department and company leadership
• Provide constructive feedback and assist in designing improvement plans to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of relevant experience in revenue cycle processes
• Strong understanding of patient registration or authorization processes
• Proficiency in using Epic and other computer systems
• Ability to perform data analysis and report creation to support the revenue cycle
