Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

Managing client business accounts, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will be responsible for collecting outstanding balances from commercial insurance and self-pay payers while continuously improving revenue cycle processes in a remote capacity for candidates residing in WI, IL, or IA.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee credit and collections activities of client accounts, ensuring the integrity of the accounts receivable ledger
• Document adjustments needed to client accounts and pursue collection activities for outstanding balances
• Coordinate collection activities with outside agencies and provide feedback to internal departments regarding revenue flow issues

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• One to two years of experience in healthcare claims processing and collections, or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in a Windows environment, particularly with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Ability to complete documentation accurately within prescribed time frames
• Excellent organizational skills
