Revenue Cycle Specialist 2

Job Summary

To support the Yield Management Division, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist 2 will manage payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to recovery accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements with cash posting databases
• Research and accurately distribute payments, ensuring correct application to claims
• Track processes and prepare reports for management, implementing procedural changes to improve performance

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience or an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Working knowledge of industry-based standards
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
