Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support efficient revenue management, the fully remote Revenue Cycle Specialist - Air will review, resolve, and process Air client claims while collaborating with internal and external partners to maximize reimbursement and minimize revenue loss.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned Air client accounts, identifying revenue risks and opportunities for performance improvement
• Resolve pending, denied, and aged claims in accordance with payer requirements and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate account handling and timely reimbursement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, or claim resolution
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and payer types
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply payer requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and billing systems
