Revenue Cycle Specialist
Job Summary
To optimize revenue through improved data capture and process enhancement, the full-time Revenue Cycle Trip Enrichment Specialist will work remotely to reduce the number of unbillable trips by engaging with various teams and communicating with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Improve data capture of demographic information to limit unbillable trips and associated write-offs
- Identify areas of improvement within the revenue cycle related to trip enrichment
- Create and implement new processes to enhance trip information and overall revenue
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience with computer programs and software
- Experience working with the public
- Preferred experience in the medical and ambulance industries
- General knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology preferred
