Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Joining the Yield Management team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for payment reconciliation, cash application, and ensuring compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to collection accounts and reconcile with bank transactions, ensuring timely financial history
• Perform cash application functions that meet corporate and client requirements while exceeding performance criteria
• Research discrepancies in payments and accurately apply them to the correct claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of industry standards related to cash processes
