Job Summary

To ensure timely and compliant processing of claims, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage client performance, provide proactive feedback, and communicate with payers to maximize reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client performance and suggest solutions to maximize revenue
• Process claims, manage denials, and initiate communication with payers to resolve issues
• Analyze client performance outcomes and stay updated on industry regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in processing health insurance claims or medical billing
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and various payment methods
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
