Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the revenue cycle management team, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Specialist will enhance policies and procedures, assist with accounts receivable functions, and provide expert knowledge on software systems in the home health and hospice industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable functions and enhance agency policies related to revenue cycles
• Provide training on software systems and develop reports for accounts receivable metrics
• Manage payor builds and updates for acquisitions, branch expansions, and new contracts

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in home health and hospice
• Experience with Homecare Homebase and Waystar platforms
• Ability to assist and train business office managers at multiple sites
