Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Yield Management team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage payment reconciliations, cash applications, and account discrepancies while ensuring compliance with relevant laws in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to collection accounts and reconcile with bank transactions, ensuring timely financial history
• Perform cash application functions to meet corporate and client requirements, exceeding key performance criteria
• Research and accurately distribute payments, determining the correct claims and applying payments appropriately

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of healthcare claims is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of industry standards related to cash processes
