Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Joining the Yield Management team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage payment reconciliations, cash applications, and account research while ensuring compliance with relevant laws in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post and reconcile payments to collection accounts, ensuring accuracy with bank transactions and monthly statements
• Perform cash application functions in accordance with corporate and client requirements to meet performance criteria
• Research payment discrepancies and accurately apply payments to the correct claims, maintaining compliance with cash processing laws

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant Accounting/Finance experience
• Strong preference for knowledge of healthcare claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of industry-based standards related to cash processes
