Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance revenue integrity, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will optimize billing and coding practices, analyze claims, provide staff training, and ensure compliance in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit claims and medical records to identify errors and compliance issues
• Maximize revenue by ensuring accurate documentation, coding, and billing according to regulatory requirements
• Provide training and education to staff on coding and documentation best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, nursing, or a related field
• Several years of experience in healthcare billing, coding, or revenue cycle management
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) may be preferred
• Experience in eyecare is preferred
