Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Yield Management team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage payment reconciliations, cash applications, and account discrepancies while ensuring compliance with financial regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to collection accounts and reconcile with bank transactions, ensuring timely and accurate financial history
• Perform cash application functions to meet corporate and client requirements, exceeding key performance criteria
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, accurately applying payments to the correct claims

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with compliance and recovery laws related to cash processes
