Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Building strong relationships with business office managers, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will facilitate timely invoice collections and manage communications with responsible parties, primarily working onsite for the first six months before transitioning to a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates with assigned facilities to ensure prompt payment of invoices
• Contacts responsible parties and case workers to expedite payment and Medicaid adjustments
• Documents all interactions in Salesforce and recommends write-offs for uncollectable accounts

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage competing demands
