Job Summary

To support effective billing and collections for ENT Specialty Partners offices, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Specialist II will manage insurance accounts receivable follow-up, resolve claim issues, and handle denials, reconsiderations, and appeals, specifically focusing on hearing aid claims processing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely insurance AR follow-up on outstanding claims and balances
• Research and resolve denials, reconsiderations, and appeals, ensuring accurate account resolution
• Maintain detailed documentation of AR follow-up activity and payer communications

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in medical insurance AR follow-up
• Demonstrated experience with insurance claim follow-up, denials, reconsiderations, and appeals
• Strong understanding of insurance payer requirements and common reimbursement issues
• Experience researching unpaid and denied claims and documenting follow-up activity accurately
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume AR workload
