Job Summary

Supporting home health billing operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage team workflow while overseeing billing, accounts receivable, collections, and denial management to ensure accurate account information and optimal reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow of the revenue cycle business support team and perform related tasks
• Ensure compliance in physician, hospital, and home health billing, including denial management and revenue reporting
• Assist with accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and customer service

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and operational issues
• Experience in organizing workflow and communicating priorities
• Ability to balance hands-on work with team guidance and project coordination
