Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage staff, ensure effective accounts receivable management, and analyze business office operations while providing leadership and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily department flow, ensuring optimal staffing and productivity levels for effective accounts receivable management
• Collaborate with the Manager to manage budgets, create staff schedules, and conduct performance evaluations
• Analyze financial data to monitor performance and establish benchmarks, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in revenue cycle management
• Experience with hospital billing (HB), professional billing (PB), and denials management
• Proficiency in relevant system applications such as Epic, Meditech, and Mediquant
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS code sets, as well as HIPAA regulations
• Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to staff within the revenue cycle department
