Revenue Cycle System Administrator

Job Summary

Overseeing the development of revenue cycle systems, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle System Administrator will manage Help Desk tickets, maintain revenue cycle functionality, and develop controls for payer web portals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar
• Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets and oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds
• Specify users and user access levels for Waystar and perform other related duties as assigned

Required qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the home infusion industry required
• Ability to work remotely
• Strong time management and organizational skills
