Job Summary

Overseeing the maintenance and development of revenue cycle systems, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle System Administrator will manage Help Desk tickets, develop controls for payer web portals, and ensure effective support for franchise partners across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar
• Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets and oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds
• Specify users and user access levels for Waystar, ensuring proper access management

Required qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in the home infusion industry required
• Experience with CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent systems
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
