Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will implement, modify, test, and administer revenue cycle system applications, serving as a liaison between vendors, IT personnel, and end users, while working remotely during standard weekday hours.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Epic modules and applications related to Revenue Cycle and billing systems
- Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues related to system performance and functionality
- Create ad hoc reports and facilitate system updates while supporting 24/7 operational needs
Required qualifications
- Epic Certification within 2 months of hire
- Associate's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
- Experience in revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD codes, and HIPAA Transaction Code Sets
- Ability to perform comparative analysis of system design and user requirements
