Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as the primary contact for IT issues related to revenue cycle software, the full-time Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will provide first-level support, manage system configurations, and lead data processing projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supports revenue cycle applications and monitors system performance, addressing errors as needed
• Develops and manages department databases and reports to assist in issue resolution
• Leads revenue cycle projects, ensuring optimal functionality through testing and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with two years of revenue cycle applications experience, or a High School Diploma with six years of experience
• Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar module
• Experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle reporting
• Ability to independently oversee system configurations and design options
• Experience in preparing test scripts and participating in software testing
